I feel good eating them
I eat alot throughout the day.. on weekdays, i'm so busy that if i don't, i'd go dizzy and be pissed off easily..
but i don't want to snack on anything.. so i searched and came to buy this product, and the clif nectar chocolate walnut..
i absolutely LOVE it..
i love how it has adequate amounts of calories from "GOOD" fat of nuts, and natural fiber and sugar from real fruits..

Natural Great Tasting Fruit Bars!
I definitely recommend Larabar fruit bars. They are completely unprocessed and taste absolutely delicious. Although the calories are a little higher than your average granola bar, it is still worth it to me. (Most bars are 160 - 200 calories). I love the pecan, apple, and cherry - can't really say which is my favorite since they are all so great.
Healthy flavored cardboard
Cherry pie sounded good. Its seems to be a healthy snack, but a bit on the chewy cardboard side.

I recently checked out Larabars after I saw them on Food Network. They taste amazing - a real keeper! Favorite flavors, so far, include lemon, ginger snap and apple pie. Don't care for the chocolate mint so much, tastes artifical to me.

Best Stuff Around at the Best Price
As a pretty consistent gym-goer (5 or 6 days a week) and someone who spends a lot of time reading, researching and focusing on nutrition I would definitely recommend ON Whey Gold Standard for any lifter or somebody looking to get more protein in their diet. It is also rated the highest on Bodybuilding.com.
Great product, decent price
I have been using ON Whey for about 2 years now- and my opinion on this is remains the same throughout that time: its a great product at a good price.
I will rate this on what I think sums up a good protein powder (on a scale of 1 - 5, 5 being the highest and 1 the lowest):
Mixability - 4.5 - this product requires a decent amount of mixing, or it will get clumpy in your glass. Same with a shaker bottle.. but all in all it mixes in fine with about 20 seconds of stirring/ shaking.
Taste - 3.5 - definitely NOT my favorite part of this product, but I should mention that I have only tried 2 other protein powders, and one tasted worse. The chocolate is ok - it tastes like a chocolate milkshake with cardboard in it. Stay away from the vanilla.
Price - 5 - in conjunction subscribe & save Amazon offers a pretty good deal. I should rate this as a price to performance ratio- so the score will remain the same.
Effectiveness - this product has worked VERY well for me. I have put on over 40 pounds since using it and I believe it works very well as a supplement to a good diet.
All in all I would give this product a 4.5, but since I cant select that on the star rating I gave it a 5- as the taste is subjective.
Tastes better
I liked the taste better. Not as good as Syntha-6 though. Just used it for month haven't seen any significant results.
Better & cheaper than Nitro-Tech Hardcore
After trying the Nitro-Tech Hardcore, I am really glad that I found this product. It seems to have the same effect, but is by far richer in flavour and cheaper in price. Even my girlfriend, who didn't like Nitro-Teck at all, now takes a shake from time to time after her workout.
My all-time favorite whey protein
As a competitive fitness model, I have tried nearly every whey protein on the shelves at the local GNC's and Vitamin Shoppes. I don't know what took me so long, but I finally got around to trying ON-Whey and I can't believe what I was missing.
This is the best general purpose whey protein for the price hands down. It is exceptionally high quality (considering the price) and consists mainly of whey protein isolate which tastes and mixes better than the cheaper whey protein concentrate powders. There are tons of excellent flavors, my personal favorites being: "Delicious Strawberry" and "Cookies and Cream".
Typically, I prepare one scoop of ON-Whey in a cup with about 8oz of cold water, stirred with a spoon. After 30 seconds of vigorous stirring, the powder is *completely* (and I do mean completely) dissolved. This protein does not clump!! It mixes equally well with 8oz of cold skim milk either with a spoon or a blender. I have also put it in a water bottle, added some water on the go and relied on shaking it (which again, leaves no clumps).
Delicious Strawberry stands out among the pack of flavors in two ways. First, it has 110 calories per serving while the other flavors have 120 calories. Second, it has half the carbohydrates (2 grams versus 4). For this reason, I was able to happily give up my Low Carb Isopure which is more expensive and doesn't taste nearly as good.
As of now, I have tried the following flavors and would rank them solely based on taste as follows:

great in between meal snack
i really like these bars with a cup of coffee or tea. great in between snack very filling. not real crazy about the choc chip but none the less a real satisfier and not dry tasting
Taste, taste, taste
Yes, there are countless nutritional reasons why Clif bars are great. This review won't discuss the intrinsic merits of these bars or comparison with other brands. The bottom line for me with energy bars is: do they taste good, and do they satisfy? Let me start with that I have no dietary restraints; in fact, that's my problem. I have trouble restraining my diet. In over 40 years of watching my weight, the only thing that works is counting calories. Here, you get 240 great calories in a 2.4 ounce bar, larger than most, for either on the go breakfast, lunch, or dinner. These will get you through to the next meal without the feeling that you sacrificed.
All three flavors are good; peanut normally doesn't appeal that much to me, but these are more natural in flavor versus a "peanut butter" type taste. Other significant factors found in Clif bars that are not normally in competiting brands (at one time or another, I have tried about everything out there) are the brownie texture and moistness. Watch Amazon for periodic monthly grocery coupons that will allow a set amount, like off on , including super saver shipping, to get the cost of these down to around 80 cents each. By all means, check the expiration date on the bars before you use them; my recent order's date is July 2009. They won't last nearly that long. In the event that Amazon ships with an expired date, the return process is fairly painless, and they will pay the postage back, ship you a new order, or let you cancel, as you choose.

i think the product is a bit overrated, personally prefer peanut butter flavor much better than other chocolate chip ones.
If you buy Clif Bars, use the Amazon grocery service and save a few bucks.
Amazon's price after discounts from the grocery service is top-notch. My wife and I go through a box or so each month during the training season, so Amazon's system has been great thus far.

One of the best energy bars
Clif bars are top quality in a market over-run with imitators. Also, the company stands by a set of values and supports them. I happen to think they are delicious and it's much easier to get them this way than trying to buy this at the store or paying much more for them one at a time (even with shipping).

This stuff really works!
As long as you are aware of the side effects, Alli works great. Five years ago I lost about 100 lbs. and kept it off. Alli helped me loose the last 12 pounds I have been trying to get rid of for years! The side effects make me realize that there is a penality for putting junk food in my mouth. I actually "think" before I binge now. I take it daily.
It worked for me - 80lbs in 6 months, and I've kept it off!
10 months ago I started a weight loss competition with a large group of friends. My "secret weapon" was Alli - in addition to a healthy diet and lots of exercise. A few months later, I was the winner at 49lbs lost!
But I kept going, because I had momentum. After a few more months, I was down 80lbs from my starting weight. Over the last 3 months, I've held my weight steady before continuing to lose more. And unlike most of the people in our weight loss competition, I haven't put any weight weight back on because I continue to avoid junk food and I continue to take Alli after eating out or having a not-as-good-for-me meal.

It Works but loses it effectiveness.
I had the raw version which was much more potent and it helped me lose the weight. However it came with a a hefty price tag so I couldn't afford it. Alli works but not as effective and after a while it'll stop working. I won't be buying this product again.
